On December 8th, we held our first pop-up fundraising exhibition in San Francisco.

It was an unforgettable milestone, celebrating creativity, community, and innovation. Held in the Dogpatch neighborhood at the Minnesota Street Project and hosted by Themes + Project gallery, the event showcased a diverse range of artworks from emerging and established artists, blending expressions of identity and shared human experiences. We presented 21 eminent storyteller/artists' Art Boxes, each sharing powerful stories of Arrival, Legacy, Revelation, and Adversity.

The intimate venue buzzed with energy as visitors explored interactive installations and the compelling, thought-provoking narratives behind the Art Boxes. Attendees engaged in meaningful conversations with artists, gaining unique insights into their creative processes. A short program featured four storytellers, who shared their inspiring pieces and reflected on what the process meant to them.

The event also featured a delightful tasting experience with seven varieties of sake and Japanese appetizers for guests to enjoy while walking through the exhibit walkways. Our guests all commented on how powerful the stories were and how significant this project is in our world today. This dynamic and immersive debut not only highlighted artistic talent but also fostered connections within the vibrant San Francisco art scene, setting the stage for future exhibitions around the world.
